Some tools - Find My Size, Reviews and Back in Stock - are add-ons you turn on when you need them. They are billed on the same Shopify subscription as your plan, not as separate charges.
How add-on billing works
Shopify allows one app subscription per store, so your plan and its add-ons ride on a single subscription and are summed into one recurring charge. The subscription name spells out what it covers, for example “Pro + Find My Size”, so your invoice is clear about where the money goes.
- Activate an add-on and you approve the new total on Shopify's screen.
- Deactivate one and its features hide right away, but your settings are kept for when you turn it back on.
- Turning an add-on off while you still pay for something else means a new, smaller subscription, which Shopify asks you to approve.
