Share reviews across products
Sell the same item as one product per print or colourway? Group them so every one shows the same reviews - with no “from another product” label.

Some catalogues list the same item several times - one product per print, design or colourway. Each one then starts from zero reviews, and the twentieth design looks untested even though it is the same garment people have been buying for a year.
A review group fixes that: pick the products, and all of them show one shared pool of reviews - the same list, the same average, the same star rating on collection cards.
Set one up
- On the Reviews page, open Shared reviews and choose Create a group.
- Name it for yourself - shoppers never see the name.
- Select the products that are really the same item, and save.
No “this review is from another product”
Other review apps copy a review onto the other products, which is why they have to label it as borrowed. We do not copy anything: the review is stored once and read from every product in the group, so each page simply shows the reviews - there is no other product to disclose, and nothing to switch off.
Fit answers
A group also shares the fit question by default - the “% true to size” and Find My Size pool the group's answers, which is what you want for the same cut in a different print. If you grouped products that fit differently, turn that off on the group: the ratings stay shared, the sizing goes back to being per product.
