The waiting list and what to reorder
Two views of the same requests: what to reorder per product, and which size or colour keeps selling out across your whole catalogue.

Everyone still waiting shows up in two places, because there are two different questions to ask them.
Waiting lists
Grouped by product, then by variant. This is the reorder list - each number is a shopper who has already said they want that size. It is a far better signal than past sales, because past sales cannot count the people who found nothing to buy.
Demand
The same requests read across the whole catalogue rather than product by product. No per-product list can answer “we keep selling out of medium”, because the answer is spread over every product that has one. If one value sits at the top of a chart, you are under-buying it.
Which breakdowns you get is not fixed. The dimensions are your own product option names, taken from the waiting lists themselves - so a shop selling candles gets Scent and Volume, and a shop selling to Spain gets Talla. Tick the ones worth watching, or tick none and see them all. Underneath them sits the by-exact-variant chart, which groups on the full name (“M / Blue”): read that one as an SKU, and it is also the only chart that can describe requests taken before your options were named.
Subscribers and export
The Subscribers tab is the individual rows - searchable by email or product, filterable by whether they are waiting, have been alerted, or went on to buy. Export gives you every row as a CSV, not just the page on screen.
Did it work
When someone buys a variant they were alerted about, the request is marked as purchased and the order value is recorded against it. The conversion figure on the page is that: how many alerted shoppers actually bought. It stays blank until the first alert goes out, because a rate over zero sends is unknown, not zero.
