Reviews: setup and moderation
Collect product reviews with a rating, text and photos, and approve them before they go live - or publish automatically.

The Reviews block shows a product's rating summary, the list of reviews, and a write-a-review form. Reviews are a paid add-on; once it is active, add the block to your product page and set how submissions are handled.
Moderation
By default every review lands in Pending and waits for you to approve it. The storefront only ever shows published reviews. You can approve, reject, unpublish or delete from the Reviews page in the app.
- Approve before publish (default) - nothing shows until you say so.
- Publish automatically - reviews appear as soon as they are submitted.
- One review per shopper per product, so a single person cannot flood a listing.
Section settings
You set the section heading, whether photo uploads are allowed, and whether only verified buyers can submit. The fit question and its options are covered in The fit question.
