Find My Size: how the recommendation works
A short questionnaire plus your size chart gives each shopper a specific size, with a confidence score and the reasoning behind it.

Find My Size turns “I'm not sure which size” into a specific answer. The shopper taps the button, answers a few questions, and gets a recommended size with a confidence level and a plain-language reason for the pick.
What goes into a recommendation
- The shopper's answers - height, weight, body shape, how they like things to fit, and optionally exact measurements.
- Your size chart for the product, matched by your assignment rules.
- Brand or product corrections you have set (this label runs small, size up).
- Real buyers' fit feedback from Reviews - if most say it runs small, the pick shifts up. See Returning shoppers and size learning.
The engine is local and rule-based - fast, and it works with no order data. The more you give it (a good chart, measurements), the sharper the pick and the higher the confidence it reports.
With no size chart it still helps, by leaning on the shopper's usual size. But a chart is what turns it from a guess into a measurement-based match.
