Returning shoppers and size learning

A returning shopper sees their size next to the variant picker, including the size they reviewed before - and the recommendation learns from real fit feedback.

A shopper should not answer the same questions twice. Once they have used Find My Size, the app can remember their answers and show their size when they come back - and, for a product they reviewed, remind them what they had and how it fit.

The saved-size hint

With remembering on, a returning shopper sees a small line by the variant picker: “Based on your profile, we suggest size L.” Signed-in shoppers are remembered across devices; guests only in their own browser. You choose where the line sits - before or after the button, or by the variant picker - and its colours.

Size learning

When a returning shopper reviewed a product before, the hint also shows the size they had and their rating: “You reviewed this in size M - five stars.” The recommendation itself moves too. If enough buyers report a style runs small, the app sizes the next shopper up and says so. This is the fit loop closing - reviews teaching the size advice.

Auto-select can go one step further and pick the recommended size in your theme's own size selector. It is off by default and only acts when it can positively identify the size option, so it never puts the wrong thing in a cart.
