The fit question

This is the review question that makes the whole suite smarter. Alongside the star rating, a buyer can say how the size ran: runs small, true to size, or runs large. It is on by default.

What shoppers see

Once enough buyers have answered, the summary shows the crowd's verdict - for example, “87% say true to size” - so the next shopper reads it at a glance. Each review carries a small fit tag, and the size the buyer had if they entered it.

The part shoppers do not see

The fit answers feed Find My Size. When a style is consistently reported as running small, the size recommendation nudges up on its own and tells the next shopper why. That is the loop between reviews and size advice, and no generic reviews app can do it because it has no size engine to feed.

Try-on accuracy

There is a second, optional question - how accurate the virtual try-on looked, one to five. That one rates the AI, not the product, so it stays out of the public reviews and is only your own quality signal. It is off by default.
